Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MALLO MALL. Please review our shipping policy for smooth and transparent delivery of your orders.


1. Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are simple and customer-friendly:

  • PKR 200 delivery charges on orders Rs. 0 to Rs. 2,499

  • FREE Delivery on orders Rs. 2,500 and above


2. Delivery Time

We deliver all across Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days

  • Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days depending on courier availability

Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Provide correct address and contact number

  • Keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)

  • Orders placed after working hours are processed the next business day


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number (depending on courier service).
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.


6. Undeliverable or Failed Delivery

Your order may be cancelled if:

  • The courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts

  • Incorrect address or phone number is provided

  • You refuse the parcel without valid reason

Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on COD orders.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos at:
