Refund & Return Policy

At MALLO MALL, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy strictly under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange (7 Days)

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order ONLY if:

✔ The product is damaged or broken
✔ The product is defective
✔ The product is not the same as shown or described
✔ The product delivered is incorrect

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
Change of mind
Wrong selection by customer
✖ Items damaged due to customer misuse


2. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

  • Supported with pictures or videos clearly showing the issue


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective:

  • Personal care items

  • Consumables

  • Hygiene-related products


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit, depending on case

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

We may deduct delivery charges depending on the situation, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


5. Exchange Process

If the item is available in stock, we will dispatch the replacement once we receive and verify your returned product.

If the product is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A different product (price difference applies), or

  • A refund


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MALLO MALL will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the product does not meet our return criteria, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.


7. How to Request a Return

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return rules may apply.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
